Take a high fiber diet, plenty of oral fluids, and nuts, and limit your intake of meat, and salt. You may need to take calcium and multivitamin supplements.

Hi, Kishore not all stomach pains require surgery. There are multiple causes for stomach aches. You need to consult a general surgeon who will examine and advice you of investigations if required. Conditions like appendicitis, Gall stones will require surgery.
