Nosebleeds, also known as epistaxis, can occur for a variety of reasons.

ENT examination must .check BP. It shouldn't be taken lightly unless the expert says to relax. Anemia if is severe or hemolytic etc then yes otherwise it is not a presenting symptom.

After a Nasal examination, the ENT doctor will advise CT PNS Or MRI, If your BP is normal, with no systemic cause. It will not be good to do self or online treatment without ENT Dr.
