Insomnia :
Insomnia is a sleeping disorder that causes difficulty sleeping. There will be many types of insomnia that are divided based on the time and cause. The insomnia will occur due to poor sleeping habits, severe stress, eating food late at night, mental health disorders, frequent travelling for work, certain medications, caffeine products, intake of alcohol, and nicotine. The symptoms which are seen in insomnia will be trouble in sleeping, waking up too early, repeated wake-ups during night sleep, waking up with crankiness, anxiety, depression, feeling sleepy all day, cannot focus on work, more errors in work and other activities due to lack of enough sleep. Insomnia will be observed in 3 different ways: initial insomnia, middle insomnia, and late insomnia. The diagnosis of the cause of insomnia will be based on the physical examination, sleep study, and monitoring of sleeping habits. The treatment advised for insomnia will be done by changing the sleep schedules and cognitive behavioural therapy.
