Constipation :

Constipation a condition where the bowel movement becomes too less and infrequent. Normally a healthy individual would have at least three bowel movements per week anything less than that could be considered constipation. there an array of conditions and diseases that lead to constipation like drug abuse [laxatives, antacids, pain medication,etc] medical conditions[ colorectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel syndrome,etc]. the patients usually suffer from dry stools, pain defaecation, cramps.
