Scleroderma :

Risk factors are genetics, age 30 to 50 years, more common in black people. Diagnosed by blood test antinuclear autoantibodies, biopsy to affected skin , ILD screeing,PFT, HRCT . Treatment No cure for disease , but different medication can help treat symptoms likes immunosuppressants, Antifibrotic therapy, vascular therapy, light therapy , stem cell transplants, Physical therapy will help improve moves and surgical procedures for any complications that have developed.
