Normal Delivery :
Normal delivery refers to the process of delivery inside the birth canal without the assistance of surgery. Normal delivery has been categorized into three stages. First stage starts with labor, where contraction of the cervix is used for dilation, the second stage will be the actual delivery, where the mother pushes during contractions; and the third stage is the delivery of the placenta. The majority of women would want to deliver normally because in most cases, a normal delivery has a shorter time and less agony compared to the operation via cesarean. Factors that may determine normal delivery include mothers' health status, position, and the progress of labor. Continuous monitoring during labor ensures the safety of both the mother and the baby. A successful normal delivery would typically yield a very healthy experience in childbirth along with instant bonding of the baby and parent.
