Tennis Elbow :
Tennis elbow is one of the common type of sports injury which we come across in our daily life. It occurs due to consistent use of tendon which connects our fore arm muscle. Commonly seen in sports person who play tennis. Symptoms of tennis elbow include elbow pain. stiffness. swelling and weakened grip especially grasping objects. and pen.Soreness and puffiness to touch beyond the elbow limited to the forearm may also be inclusive of a sign.The management measures may include refraining oneself from using the affected elbow for some activity, putting some ice pack so that fluids don't gather in the area, taking some pain killer etc. Flexibility can also be achieved and the forearm muscles can also be built up through some forms physical therapy exercises. In severe cases it is suggested that administration of corticosteroids proved to be helpful or in some cases surgery may also be advised, if other methods have not shown any improvement with medication.
