SRT :

SRT is called Stereotactic radiotherapy. In the SRT type of cancer treatment procedure, beams of radiation are used to point towards the targeted cells with the use of 3D technology. SRT procedure will be a very precise treatment and administer the radiation doses with more precision and accuracy. There are two types of SRT: stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). SRT will be used for the treatment of many cancers, which include brain cancers, benign tumors of the brain, metastatic brain cancers, arteriovenous malformations, small lung cancers, liver cancers, and lung cancers. Stereotactic radiotherapy can be done by using CT scan, and MRI scan in order to identify the spread of cancer cells and then destroy them with radiation beams. SRT will be highly effective as it will release a very high dose of radiation in a short span of time. The benefits of SRT include targeting the tumor cells very precisely, it can be performed in lesser duration of time, and is effective for cancers that are not treated with other treatment methods.

Frequently Asked Questions
As for the effectiveness of SRT, it can vary depending on the patient's individual case. SRT is a highly precise form of radiation therapy that uses high doses of radiation to target a specific area. In many cases, SRT can be very effective in treating cancer, and studies have shown that it can produce excellent outcomes in terms of tumor control and survival.
The time it takes to recover from stereotactic radiotherapy can vary based on various factors such as the patient's overall health, the dose and location of radiation, and the type of cancer being treated. On average, most patients experience little to no recovery time and can resume their normal activities immediately following the procedure.
