Breast Lump :
A breast lump is described as a growth that forms in the breast region, mostly in women. A breast lump can be bumpy, smooth, or spongy, movable, hard or firm, round or irregularly shaped, and squishy or soft. To evaluate breast lumps and diagnose them, it is necessary to examine the breast, take the medical history, and, based on the requirement, perform imaging tests like ultrasound, mammogram, and breast MRI. The management of breast lumps involves various methods such as prescribing antibiotics, fluid drainage from a breast cyst, cancer treatment if the lump is a breast cancer, and biopsy to further analyze the mass.
