Dr. Prasanna AV is a highly experienced neurosurgeon working in Kolkata. He has worked as a specialist for nearly 20 years and treated thousands of patients with various brain and spine conditions. Dr. Prasanna is an expert in performing surgeries for brain tumours, strokes, trauma, disc prolapse and degenerative disc diseases. Furthermore, he has experience in performing microsurgery for problems like brain tumours and aneurysms.

He earned his MBBS from Mysore University in 1994. He then secured a seat at the University of Pune where he completed his MS in General Surgery in 1998. Finally, in 2001, he completed his MCh in Neurosurgery at Mumbai University. Dr. Prasanna is registered with the West Bengal Medical Council.
