He commenced his medical journey by earning an MBBS degree from NRS Medical College and Hospital. Subsequently, he completed his MD at IPGMER - SSKM Hospital in Kolkata. Dr. Pan further pursued his passion for neurology by achieving a DM in Neurology at the same institution.

During his training, Dr. Koushik Pan served as a DM Resident at the Bangur Institute of Neurosciences from 2014 to 2017, gaining valuable clinical experience and knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders. He works as a consultant Neurologist at Hindustan Health Point, Garia, Kolkata.
