About Dr. Gautam Gupta Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Gautam Gupta is an internationally trained orthopaedic surgeon with over a decade of experience as a specialist. He has treated chronic bone and joint problems in thousands of patients. His expertise ranges from ACL damage treatment and fracture management to ligament repair and joint replacement surgeries. Furthermore, Dr. Gautam can provide relief from various sports injuries and pains with both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
He earned his MBBS from Calcutta University in 2008 and registered with the West Bengal Medical Council in the same year. Dr. Gautam then secured a seat at the West Bengal University of Health Sciences, where he earned his MS in Orthopaedics in 2012. Later, he travelled to the Netherlands where he did a fellowship in shoulder and knee surgery. Later, he did a fellowship in hip, knee and shoulder treatments in Germany.
