Memory Problems :
Memory problems is characterized as having difficulty remembering information, events or regular daily things. From minor forgetfulness to terminal memory loss of critical information or people. Major causes are things like stress, insomnia, diet, getting older and simply being distracted. Dementia, Alzheimer's disease or depression can be caused by other medical conditions such as head injuries, thyroid problems as well. Different medications or alcohol intake might increase the problem. The patient may also experience symptoms such as inability to focus, memory loss, having difficulty with very recent events, repeating the same questions over and over or may have difficulty identifying names or words. This is normal especially during busy times but if a person has memory loss that persists then medical examination should be done. The treatment depends on the cause. Improving sleep, enjoying a brain-healthy diet with lots of fruits, vegetables are advised . Even mental activities are advised which help with memory recall such as puzzles or memory training.
