Child Birth :
Childbirth is also called labor or delivery of the child. Childbirth can be vaginal delivery or cesarean section delivery. The process of childbirth starts with the contractions of the uterus after the completion of the pregnancy period. The contractions can be induced in some cases, or natural contractions occur at the end of the pregnancy. Then, the cervix, which is the opening of the uterus, is dilated, and the baby is delivered through the cervix opening. This delivery can be vaginal delivery or cesarean delivery under anesthesia. The next stage will be the delivery of the placenta after the birth of the child. There are different types of delivery of a child, such as vaginal delivery, cesarean or C-section delivery, assisted vaginal delivery with forceps or vacuum, and vaginal birth after C-section (VBAC). The factors that influence the child's birth are the health of the mother, gestational age, size of the baby, and the position of the baby.
