Autism :

Autism also referred to as the Autism Spectrum Disorder or ASD is a developmental disorder that impacts one's capability to communicate and socialize with other people and the environment, in a human way. The term spectrum' means that the condition exists in differing levels for those who are afflected, and can change in kind as well. Therefore while some children may have difficulty with social communication, for instance, interpreting gestures such as those from the eyes or being able to make eye contact, others may be non verbal or experience difficulties in issues such as perseveration or the need for repetition of routines.

Autistic children however look as if they have one or two good routines to which the child is greatly inclined to, for example, set their eyes on detail or specialize on areas of interest. Autistic disorder starts even in the first three years of life and the first pointer to the disorder may be a clear language delay. Some may have comorbidities that are challenging to deal with when it comes to engaging with other children or overly sensitive to either noise or light. The reason for this illness cannot be identified, it has strong genetic family component. Autism for instance does not have cure however through speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioral therapy are considered .
