Nose Injury :
Nose injury commonly causes a broken nose, which is when a bone or cartilage of the nose breaks or cracks and requires immediate attention. The symptoms of nose injury are bruising around the eyes and nose, a crackling sound while touching the nose, a crooked nose, difficulty breathing through the nose, drainage from the nose, pain and tenderness, nasal obstruction, nose bleeds, and swelling around the nose. Nose injury occurs due to trauma, usually by a motor vehicle accident, physical fights, and getting hurt while playing sports. The complications of a nose injury are a hole in the septum, a saddle nose, and tissue in the nose starting to die, which is known as necrosis. Nose injuries are treated by taking pain relievers, draining septal hematoma, manual realignment and surgeries like septoplasty and rhinoplasty based on the necessity.
