Phimosis is characterised by a congenital or acquired constriction of fore skin that prevents its retraction over its glans penis. It is a condition seen in boys most commonly. Symptoms of phimosis are redness , difficulty in urinating ,tenderness alongside purulent discharge  , inability to retact the foreskin.
