Dry hair is a result from failure to retain enough moisture from hair due to several underlying factors such as hot environmental conditions, frequent hair washes, use of harsh chemical products, use of heat styling instruments, underlying diseases like anorexia, hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism, unhealthy diet and improper hair care.
