Dr. Shikhar Kumar

Dr Shikhar Kumar is a consultant medical oncologist at Yashoda Hospital in Hi Tech City. Dr Shikhar Kumar qualified for MBBS from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Narketpally, in 2013, a master's degree in MD Radiotherapy from PGIMER, Chandigarh in 2016. She did DM in Medical Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai in 2020 and did ECMO.

With his membership under European Society of Medical Oncology, Association of Radiation Oncologists of India and Indian Society of Medical and Pediatrics Oncology, he participated in various medical conferences, quiz competitions and research projects and presented them in medical journals and CMEs.

Dr Shikhar Kumar holds medical experience of around 12 years in both practicing and teaching oncology. He initially worked as a Resident - Radiation Oncology at PGIMER, Chandigarh, a Senior Resident at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, an Assistant Professor at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Olive Hospital in Mehdipatnam and at Onco Cancer Care in Gachibowli. His prime field of expertise include treating Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Ewing's Sarcoma and provides chemotherapy of Solid Tumours, haematological malignancies, and hormonal therapy.
