Dr. Prakash Panagatla, Plastic surgeon

Dr. P. Prakash is a plastic surgeon with nearly a decade of experience as a specialist. He currently works at Yashoda Hospitals, Hitec City. He can perform a range of procedures, ranging from brachial plexus surgeries to hand surgeries and microvascular surgeries. He completed his MBBS and MS (General Surgery) at Narayana Medical College. Later, he earned an MCh in Plastic Surgery at NIMS Hyderabad. During his residency at NIMS, he was awarded with the Best Senior Resident of the Institute award.

Dr. Prakash Plastic Surgeon then visited South Korea and did fellowships in supermicrosurgery and hand surgery. He has published several papers and can speak English, Telugu and Hindi. His surgical expertise extends to trauma of all types, including limb and faciomaxillary trauma. He can also treat burns, vascular anomalies, congenital conditions and peripheral nerve injuries. Dr. Prakash has a track record of performing multiple upper limb reimplantations and is an expert in oncoplastic and orthoplastic reconstructions.
