Dr. Pragnya Chigurupati

Dr Pragnya Chirugupati is a broadly qualified medical professional with in-depth expertise and knowledge in the fields of Breast Surgery and Breast Oncoplasty. She excelled in her academic qualifications by obtaining an MBBS and MS degree in General Surgery from Sri Rama Chandra Medical College and Deemed University, Chennai. Amidst these qualifications, she pursued exceptional programs such as an internship from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad; Observership in the Department of Vascular Surgery from New York University, New York, and in the Department of Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery from Sunshine Hospitals, Hyderabad. She achieved MRCS recognition from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.

Her passion is inclined towards serving the needs of women’s health, which led her to obtain a Fellowship in Breast Surgery from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and a Fellowship in Breast Oncoplasty from Royal Stroke University Hospital, UK. She ultimately achieved an MCh in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery from the prestigious University of East Anglia Norwich. Given her extensive qualifications and experiences, she is adept in managing oncology and breast surgery. She has shown an impressive record of improvement through her services and treatment approach.

She is registered with the Telangana State Medical Council and is a contributing member of the Association of Surgeons in India and the Association of Breast Surgeons in India.
