About Dr. Parag Shankarrao Dekate Paediatrician
Dr. Parag Shankarrao Dekate is a Paediatrician. He pursued his M.B.B.S from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Nashik. He completed his Masters in Paediatrics from PGIMER Chandigarh. He also pursued DNB in Paediatrics from NBE in New Delhi. He has completed two fellowships, one in PICU, and the other in Paediatric Critical Care Medicine. He has been trained in several aspects of paediatric care, namely, management of transplant patients, flexible bronchoscopy, functional ECHO, arrhythmias, intubations, extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and management of kids with pulmonary hypertension, and hernias. He is a member of the Medical Council of India. He is the recipient of a medal for best overall academic performance in paediatrics during his tenure at PGIMER.
