Dr. M.Uma Shankar, Psychiatrist

Dr. M.Uma Shankar is a psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience as a specialist. He has helped hundreds of patients recover from problems such as anxiety, depression, stress, memory problems and self-esteem problems. He also has expertise in treating phobias, schizophrenia, family problems, childhood behaviour problems and hyperactivity disorders. He earned his MBBS in 1992 at the Kakatiya Medical College in Warangal. Dr. Uma Shankar registered with the Telangana State Medical Council in the same year. Later, he secured a seat at the prestigious Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh, where he completed his MD in Psychiatry in 2000. Since then, he has worked at a number of reputed hospitals.
