It's all about how well the doctor can instill a sense of assurance in their patients, letting them know they will be alright while providing the best treatment and follow-ups. The moment I saw his profile and his achievements, I felt confident. When my mom asked about him, I said, "Just look at the fact that he secured AIR 1 in INI-SS." I was sure that if Dr. Kiran Kumar Pasam took over my mom's case, I could relax knowing she would be in good hands. My mom was suffering from hyperthyroidism along with persistent, intense itching all over her body as one of its manifestations. Two weeks into the treatment, she had already started feeling significantly better. After nearly two months, she has gained a healthy weight and is doing great. I'll always be grateful to him. He even responded late at night during an emergency, which later was rectified. This made me a great admirer of him.
