Dr Kalyan Vangara

Dr Kalyan Vangara is a consultant surgical oncologist at Medicover Hospitals in Hi Tech City. He qualified for MBBS from Katuri Medical College, Guntur in 2009, a master's degree in MS General surgery from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam in 2013, MCh in Surgical Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore in 2021. He also did a fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery and a Fellowship in the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons.

Dr Kalyan Vangara is a member of the Association of Surgeons of India, the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India [AMASI], and the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons [IAGES]. He has been working for the past 12 years, and his sites of expertise include Robotic Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, GI Oncology, HPB Oncology, Head and Neck Oncology, Thoracic Oncology, Gynae Oncology, Bone and Soft Tissue Oncology and many more.

Dr Kalyan Vangara formerly worked as an Assistant Professor at NRI Academy of Medical Sciences, then as Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Omega Hospital in Hyderabad, at Mahatma Gandhi Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, and is currently working as Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Medicover Hospital in Hi Tech City and providing his expert consultation on OPD basis with prior appointments.
