Wilms tumor also known as nephroblastoma is a kidney cancer(rare) that mainly affects the children under the age of 5years and can occur due to genetic mutations of WT1, WTX gene, familial predisposition, congenital anomalies like a horseshoe shaped kidney and exposure to certain chemicals during pregnancy etc,.
