Diabetic Diet :
The diabetic diet will be called the maintenance of the controlled levels of blood sugar in the body through food consumption. Maintenance of the diabetic diet will be helpful for the prevention of heart disease and kidney disease. The goal of the diabetic diet will be to eat foods that contain high fiber content, limit carbohydrates and sugars, consume healthy fats, and stay hydrated. The food groups which are included in the diabetic diet will be vegetables with low carbohydrates, lean protein meats including chicken, fish, whole grains, fruits, and healthy fats. The foods that will be avoided when having a diabetic diet include carbonated drinks, sugary foods, potatoes, white rice, peas, high sodium foods, fried foods, alcohol, refined grains, and processed foods. In order to manage diabetes, medications will be consumed regularly without fail, and food needs to be eaten in regular intervals and in the right quantity.
